I know I left a lot of people scratching their heads when I joined a network marketing company last year. Heck, I was scratching my head, too! I have a college degree and previously owned a successful PR company. I’ll tell you…it’s something I spent a lot of time in prayer over, and even argued with God about because it just seemed so out of left field. But I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was something I was supposed to do. I’m a mere 6 months into it now, and over the past couple weeks have spent a lot of time reflecting…and dreaming. Over the holidays I got to spend a good chunk of time with my “why.” That is, my personal motivation behind this business. My family. From DAY ONE, I said if this business does nothing else than afford more time with my family, including trips to visit Idaho each year, it’s worth it. It will. And that makes me dream even bigger dreams. Helping dreams. Charitable dreams. Personal dreams. Accomplishment dreams. And the best part is that I’ve already seen what this company can do for others. Just the other day, I saw a customer who began using a regimen about a month ago. I was floored at the VISIBLE difference in her skin – it was brighter, firmer, the wrinkles were disappearing before my eyes… From my own experience, I know this stuff works but I was (once again!) amazed! As I picked my jaw up off of the ground, she laughed and said “I know! I can’t believe it!” Let me tell you something...there is something SO SATISFYING with helping people improve something! That was SO worth it! And that’s not all. People all around me are actually changing their financial picture. Retiring their spouses, paying off debt, and funding charitable activities. I can’t tell you how blessed I feel. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected or anticipated any of this. I wasn’t a skincare girl. I certainly wasn’t interested in network marketing. But now, this. And it is only the tip of the iceberg. The team I’m a part of pushes me and encourages me on a DAILY basis. These are women (and men!) who are like minded...We all have HUGE dreams centered around family, helping others, and are driven by generosity. What about you?
