I know I preach a lot about the use of Splenda. Everyone has heard all the negative reports and if you say but I feel fine, then great, for now - but listen to the video below and think about it again. Please switch to Stevia. If you need to hear why, click on the link, if you cant listen to the entire 3 and a half minute video then tune in at minute 1:15 and listen to that one sentence that follows. I dont just search out the articles that support Stevia, I read hundreds of articles a week and make my judgements over time, based on many factors. I am not a professional, I am a mom with multiple health issues, with a kid that has multiple health issues, both of us used Stevia for years before becoming very ill. I want the best for my family, you should too. Research the people that wrote the articles, research the companies that support the articles....you will begin to see the connection.
