I know Ive been quiet on this page for a while. After attending the Orlando Open House with my family and getting to actually GO INSIDE a few actual tiny houses, weve had time to digest our experience and actually started taking action towards our own tiny dream house. I have since attended a 2 day Tumbleweed workshop, purchased plans for a Cypress 24 and a Tumbleweed trailer. My trailer will be ready soon and after picking it up in Deland, I will drive it to the farm where we will build our TH with the help of my step-dad, a professional and highly skilled carpenter. Once the house is completed we will not need to move it because the farmers have agreed to let us live on the farm! My whole family is very excited but its a little scary to put this out there for the world but I am so thankful for this group and all of you that encourage, ask awesome questions, give awesome answers and help blaze a trail in Florida for an alternative to the status quo. I am eager to share more with you and of course will count on this group as a great resource of information and support as we move forward and build this thing as fast as possible.
