I know Ive ranted about this before (a couple years back, when I worked for Target) but its something that just needs to be repeated... If you are out shopping and you put something in your basket, then decide later on that you dont want that item then, do one of two things: 1- either, please put it back where it goes, OR... 2- take it to the cashier and let them know youd rather not purchase it. (Believe me, we understand and it doesnt hurt our feelings). We have bins for those things to be returned to the shelf. BUT PLEASE USE SOME COMMON SENSE... DONT LEAVE THINGS THAT NEED TO STAY COLD, OR FROZEN, LIKE MILK OR ICE CREAM, OUT ON A SHELF!!! (Yes, Ive seen both, in the last couple of weeks). This stuff, just like at your home will melt, or sour, if left out of its regular temperature. Only difference here is, at the store, we lose money on that item because it becomes something we CAN NOT sell!!! -Rant over!
