I know he doesnt look too happy here, but Luke has been very smiley today. Chad J Jermont got some better pictures that we will post later. Hes doing well today, but did have a fever earlier. Its down now with Tylenol. They no longer think hes having withdrawals, but all tests are coming back negative. The doctor said it could just be him. Sometimes kids with Down Syndrome have a hard time regulating their temperature. Weve been pretty hectic today. Luke is only on 1/8th liter of oxygen which is as low as it can go, but when hes taken off altogether, he drops to 75%. Basically he needs to keep his oxygen up, temperature down, and is going to be getting his feedings transitioned to like they are at home or better (hopefully). Overall hes doing well and we just got moved out of the PICU which means were one step closer to going home :)
