I know how this is going to sound. ...but just had to write this. ..I had a pillow seam break on a throw pillow. I grabbed a needle and went to work to repair it....not unusual. ...but the stitches I used was...startled with an X stitch and went back with a tight loop over....it was just as natural as could be...then I realized I had learned this technique as a young boy of 6....from watching my mother Evelyn and my Aunt Matt.....its amazing how things stay locked away in your mind until you need it. ...and then out it comes....I had forgotten they had taught me that years ago.... so thanks for being patient with a rambunctious 6 yr old..Love you Aunt Matt....Miss you Mother.
