I know i say all sorts of silly stuff on Facebook, but make no mistake, im well grounded. Who i am has nothing to do with my facebook persona. I was raised by a very strict and down to earth lady. PRISCILLA (BROWN) ASKIA gave me what i would need to navigate this crazy world. She taught me how to save for a rainy day, and how great credit would insure that i could get the important things that were at times out of reach. She taught me that if a man dont work, he dont eat! Also if a man dont work or go to school he cant live in her home! Learned that lesson quickly when she sent me packing out of her house! Lol. PRISCILLA did not play! Because of all she taught me, im happy with my life right now. Sure i learned some things on my own, but the groundwork was laid by my mom. I feel so blessed to have known her, and i could never repay her for what i have in me. Theres not a time that i dont thank my lucky stars (ALLAH) for putting me in line to be a son to my mother! I owe all that I am and all that i have to her. THANK YOU PRISCILLA ASKIA, I LOVE AND MISS YOU TERRIBLY! Last November 28th marks 36 years living without my mom. Thank GOD for seeing me thru! Oh, and i must mention my Dad, James Edward Brown. He taught me the things i needed to know to make life SPECTACULAR! Those manly things!! Feel me? Lol. And when he would call me and say , BOY, GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE AND BRING ME A PAUL MASSON AND A 6 PACK! He benefitted from the lesson my mom taught me about Honor your father and mother so that your days will be long! Yes Mother dear, I DID THAT! Love and miss you both!!!!
