I know its hard to tell anything from pictures, but Ive taken a few months to switch all of my CFL lightbulbs to LEDs. Well, 95% of them, anyway. I just have about 3 or 4 left to go. These pictures are a sample of the new LEDs. They are certainly as bright as their equivalent incandescents. They use about 10% of the energy and will last 20 years. Chances are, they will last longer than me! Yes, LEDs are more expensive on the front end, but less expensive in the long run. But if youre looking for a bargain, Costco sells them regularly at a very good price, and they are currently on sale.
