I know its only Monday but I wanted to share this. Jessica Lynn at 16 years old performing her song, Favorite Stranger in my PBS television special. I still get chills listening to it. When I think that she wrote this at only 16 I am awed at the depth of the words. Listen closely...If you know anyone that has faced Alzheimers Disease you will relate. I remember clearly the first time she ever rehearsed this in front of my orchestra. She finished the piece and 60 or so people in the room had to take a break, wipe their eyes and pull themselves together. Powerful song from a powerful little girl....Have a few tissues handy.
