I know my sweet mother will not be reading this, she is not into Face Book....not to many in her generation are!! She is more about hand written birthday cards or thank you notes.....i keep them all by the way....Today is her birthday!!! I want to tell all my Facebook friends how wonderful it is to have a Christian Mother that loves all of her children unconditionally and I dont just mean the 5 that he gave birth too!!! Her children that she helped raise like they were hers when we were growing up, neighbors, cousin (1st-2nd and beyond!), fellow ball players of all types that came to eat sleep or play pool at the Duff house.... Where all were welcome! If you were blessed to be one... you know who you are, too many to list!! She made all our friends feel like they were hers...she would always see the good in everything ... If I struck out, It was not that I did bad but it had to have been a pitch NO ONE could have hit! If I fell down, didnt he do a great job of falling! She was like that for ALL of her children! She is the same now! Thank God my mother is here to love on and encourage not just her children but their children and their childrens children!!! When my mother said I am praying for you, (no matter who she told) she did pray for you!! She loves The Lord and she prays for her children every day, by name...and man we all need a praying Mother in our life!! Thank God she is mine!!! We Duffs do know how blessed we are to call her our childrens Gan Gan or Mee Mee or whatever little name the great grands figure out to call her....But I am truly a blessed Son to call Clarice Griffin Duff .... Mother. I love you Mother!! Happy Birthday!!!
