I know people have been trying to get hold of me but its been a bit of a traumatic evening. I was admitted to hospital at around 6pm as the GP wanted to rule out meningitis. Since then I have seen 2 doctors and various nurses who have done all kinds of tests on me. Bloods, chest X-ray, ECG etcetera The doctor is concerned as I now have swelling behind my right eye, so the next step is a CT scan and then a lumbar puncture. I am on a drip of antibiotics and saline and am now being transferred to the Royal Gwent in Newport for further tests To say the headache is severe is an understatement but Im in very good hands, the doctors and nurses as well as the ambulance paramedics have been awesome and Im sure Ill be on the mend soon. I will not be seeing any clients next week and will get back to you all in due course
