I know people have to be orientated on a new job and that is what I did last night, very stressful!!!! I am just so glad to be off for three days. I try to remember how it was when I first started working longterm care and I know we have an awsome job which is not easy even for those of us who have been there a long time. I have to ask God for wisdom, patience, and guidance everyday and I thank Him for always being our anchor no matter what the storm that life deals us.
