I know some of you on here may not know exactly what happened to our beautiful brother Raj Gill but he was sadly diagnosed with a genetic disorder called Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), a swear word to me now... some 18 years ago at the prime of his life. We all coped because he did for so long, eventually the condition ultimately confined him to a wheelchair something he just dealt with head on with a smile even when his heart was probably broken from the moment that he was told! This condition affects 1 in 20,000 males but Raj was ONE in a MILLION so how could that be so I ask myself? He was a strong athletic 6ft 2 boy and was always so very physically agile. Then as this progressive degenerative illness started to consume him and us in the process, breaking our hearts completely and beyond repair, to the point he had nothing left... taken too soon, will be missed forever and an eternity. LOVE you so much our soldier. You had the most beautiful smile that YOU lit up any room! A real testament to how a beautiful person can be... God bless you, you are a real trooper and our world! It has been like watching the saddest film you could possibly find on any shelf! You are our very own MILLION dollar baby! xxx
