I know some will not like this but here it goes. I feel that a lot of people are hypocritical. I applause people for trying to have causes and standing for something but sometimes we choose things are not that important or we choose things that support your current state of mind but for some reason it doesnt apply to all the past things that were done. I have heard things about the police crimes against young African American and I am also seeing stuff about Black Friday and how it is related to slavery. Everything is NOT about race but somehow it seems to always go there. Police brutality is NOT acceptable but nor is HUMAN crime against Another HUMAN being. Speaking racially, Black People have killed other black people many times but there are no boycotts to stop doing business with other Black people and nor should there be. If I want to take advantage of a Black Friday sale, I will do so with no remorse because it has nothing to do what has happened in the PAST. I would feel real silly to Buy a TV on SAT for $899 when i could have gotten it on friday for $399. If there is a statement to be made it should be that we can lower our school dropout numbers, lower our welfare numbers, lower our number of people locked up because of criminal activities, raise our number of CEOs in the oil and gas business or astronauts, bankers, lawyers and doctors. Stop telling our people that college is not for everyone just because you did not attend a university but instead encourage them to get an education that would better position them to succeed in a league where a diploma is respected and expected.
