I know that humility is a valuable trait, but Im going to allow myself this moment of pride. Today I ran up the silverfork, down to griz gulch, up to twin lakes, across the highway to heaven, down the solbright and across milly bowl to lake Mary, over Katherines pass and down into alta, up griz gulch to davenport, across w. bowl and down days fork, up greens basin, and down a mining road back to my house. 2 years ago just the silverfork trailhead was a victory. I am just so grateful for the ability to be strong again and for everyone who played a part In that journey. Thanks and have a great night everyone and love life :)
