This was my Letter to our Honorable PM I know its very long, if you want in personal message me ur email id To, Honourable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji I have just found out few points that may lead India towards high economic growth increasing our GDP through various different aspects. Following are the areas where Indian Government (Central) & State Government can earn money through improving certain department and their working systems with certain innovation thinking 1) Railway – Railway is the service sector which can turnaround GDP in India and it can contribute to about 5 to 10 % 2) Tourism – Tourism can also contribute a lot to the GDP of India if organized properly by it respective ministry 3) Energy Security – Finding News and Innovative way like Canal Top Solar power Projects to reduce our dependency on Non renewable energy (Like Coal & Gas based Power plants) 4) Oil Marketing Companies:- Trying out to reduce Cost of production per litre of Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene & LPG Cylinders 5) Human Resource Development :- Focus on education is must as the older government has made education a source of income. The description about quality of education is not mine taken from Facebook id of Mr.Sandeep Manudhane, Indore, CEO & MD of Pinnacle Tutorials (Famous for MBA coaching) 6) How our MP (Loksabha & Vidhansabha) can contribute and increase their base at grassroots. 7) How State Government can Transform their state run agencies or corporation and can help in Growth story of India Railways (Ministry of Railways) A. (Money Generation):- Rather than increasing the Fare of Passenger and Freight railway should come out with innovative ideas how to reduce their operating cost and how to make money through alternative source like hospitality and others I. The most important structure for Money Generation in Railway could be Hospitality or in railways language we can say Up-Gradation of Retiring Room Services. On 4th May 2014, I was in Old Delhi railway station with my parents (As I was travelling from Vadodara to Varanasi via Old Delhi) and taken a retiring room with just Rs 375 (Rs 125/- per person) for 12 hours for 3 people, and the Size of room was 20 X 15 mtr, such a big room at so low cost. Such low cost might be due to no or poor facilities at retiring room, But who has stopped railways from Providing good qualities Facilities to its customer I thought it would have been good if railways have provided me hotel type room at Rs 500/- per person for 12 hrs with some good facilities like Ac and TV. The cost of TV and AC would be covered in just 1 year only and rest all will be profit. Also the numbers of retiring rooms in station like old Delhi was only 11. Old Delhi railway station deserved at least 50 retiring room of great quality (25 of low cost for lower or lower Middle class, 15 of Middle class for Middle and upper middle class & 10 of High Cost, making it to total 50 as for starting). Also No of Dormitories to be increased from 3 to 10 to increased accommodation of travelling passengers and thus income of railway. Obviously space and feasibility of construction has to be kept in mind. But I think Indian Railways own a lots of space and space should not be the constraint for Making New Retiring room Time for Railways to enter into Hospitality sector through Public Private Partnership and should take 100 big railway station or big junction (minimum 2 in Each State) and should spend heavily on at least retiring room of good qualities equivalent to 3 star hotels. Railways could have started earning and also the prices of hotels near railways station could have come down due to low cost and quality retiring room of Railways. Also caretaker, sweepers will be required for these retiring rooms, thus increasing Jobs for lower class people People in India are ready to spend for luxuries but govt want to pay them 100 kinds of taxes through various means after paying Income tax and thats where we got problem for black money. Give Railway passenger the facilities and they will definitely pay you in good amount II. People take retiring room only where they change train i.e. at Big Railway Junction. I have identified as some of the Big Railway junctions where if you increased the number of retiring room by 300%. Revenue of Railways will automatically increased by a fair amount and will make Railway retiring room to work independently in next 3-4 years in this Big Railway Junction 1) Old Delhi Railway Station, New Delhi Railway Station, Anand Vihar Terminus & Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, total of 4 Nos in the State of Delhi are the Bigger Junctions where maximum passenger of Railway changes train to reach their destiny 2) In Uttar Pradesh Total of 6 Nos Railway Junction such as Agra Cantt (Tourist Destination), Varanasi Jn. (Holy City of India), Mughal Sarai Jn., Lucknow Rly Station, Kanpur Central Rly Station & Allahabad Jn. are used to change train by passengers. Also some of these are good tourist places in India. If we give them good facilities at Railway station only like good retiring room and food. People changing train there within a gap of 3-4 hours may change their mind and may stay there for more than 12-16 hours, so that they can have a look of famous in these cities, a good example can be of Agra, people would love to see Taj Mahal and its tour can be done in 5-6 hours and then passenger may go for onward journey. This will also increase some tourism. Just as soon as the person book online ticket through IRCTC.co.in, give them the option to go for retiring room booking for Source or Destination place. It will help a lot to railway hospitality sector 3) In Madhya Pradesh I know couple of Railway Junctions such as Bhopal, Ujjain (Tourist place), Bina Jn, Jabaplur 4) In Gujarat Vadodara Jn. Ahmedabad Jn. & Surat are the major railway junctions 5) In Rajasthan Jaipur (A complete tourist place), Udaipur (Tourist Place), Kota Jn.(Another big Railway Juntion), Ajmer Jn (Holy place for both Hindu & Muslims) 6) In Maharashtra Mumbai Central, Bandra Terminus, Dadar, Thane, Pune, Bhusawal Jn and there can be many such big junctions which can be used for increasing railway revenue through Hospitality Above said points were regarding money generation through Hospitality in Railways. B. Tackling Diesel Cost: - Now one of the Major operating cost in Railways seems to be diesel, and with increasing Crude oil cost and Dollar at around Rs. 60/-. It seems difficult to reduce operating cost of Railway unless if railway think out of the box solution I. Now I travelled frequently from Vadodara Jn to Varanasi Jn via Famous Sabarmati Express. Now during this 1601 km travel what I have found that during it’s first 458 KM i.e from Ahmadabad Jn to Ujjain Jn. the train uses Electric Engine and after that it run on diesel engine for the next 1143 KM till Varanasi Jn. But what I have seen between these 1143 KMs that from Bina jn to Jhansi Jn (around 150 Km) and from Kanpur Central to Lucknow NR (around 70 KM), there is availability of Electricity lines for Electric Railway engines, but railway uses diesel engines in these 220 KM (out of 1601 KM, 678 KM rail network is electrified i.e 43%), and from internet I have found out that diesel engines uses 352 Litre of Diesel per 100 KM, which means Railway can save around 750 Litre of Diesel or Rs 60 (Price of Diesel per litre)* 750 = Rs 45000/- daily if these electric traction can be used and Sabarmati express travels 365 days through these route which means a saving of around Rs. 16400000/- or round it to Rs 1,00,00,000/-(Rs 1 crore through just one train, if 100 more such trains are recognized, saving could be ample by railways) obviously there might be certain constraint. But Railways priority should be to utilize maximum of Electric traction to bring down it’s running cost. Now I don’t these technology can be made or not, but if tried and succeeded, it can bring a turnaround in Indian railways. II. Above was just an example but if you deeply study train running from Delhi towards UP & Bihar. U will find that % use of electric traction will be decreasing III. Why Indian Railways are not trying to Develop Dual Engine which run on Both Diesel and Electric (Using Pantograph) according to availability of electricity. If there is no electric traction available, Diesel engine will be used and if during these journey electric traction come Engine should switchover from Diesel to electric, hence saving huge amount of diesel with the help of these changeover. Railway R&D should work harder towards development of Such Engines if Feasible. IV. Now according to Railway website only 40% of total Broad Guage rail network (i.e 22224 RKM) is electrified in last 65 years. i.e out of total 55000 RKM only 22224 KM is electrified and as per Railway ministry data every year 1000 RKM is electrified which means it will be take around 30 years to completely electrify Indian Rail network. I think India can’t wait for next 30 years. So ask Railway engineers to go for such Hybrid engines which can run on both Diesel & Electric according to availability of source C. Clean & Green Energy for Railway Station Light & Fans: - Now while Roaming around Indian Railway stations we can see hundred’s of Ceiling Fan & Tube light continuously running throughout the day. Why the railway authorities should think of running this Fan & Tube light on Solar energy so that the conventional energy used to run this can be saved I. Now in Railway stations we have seen at least 100 nos of ceiling fan and around 70-80 Nos of Tube light are used continuously with obviously supply from some substation transferring power through Thermal power plant and obviously Railway might be paying the electricity bills too. Now solution must be too run these fans & lighting of station on solar power. II. A single ceiling fan is of 75 watt, if used continuously for 24 hours i.e. 24X75 = 1.8 KWh (or 1.8 units per Fan per day). If 100 of ceiling fan are used consumption increases to 1.8 X 100 = 180 KWh (or 180 Unit per day). Same is the case with Tube light, a tube light is of around 40- 56 watt if used for around 14 hours daily (during low light) i.e. 56 X 14 = 0.8 KWh (or 0.8 unit per TL per day). If around 100 nos are used than consumption increases to 0.8 X 100 = 80 KWh (or 80 Unit per day). Thus making total of 180 + 80 = 260 KWh (or units per day) consumption in Midsized railway station. Obviously consumption will be definitely more than 260 units in at least 200 nos of railway station. Now a roof top mini solar project of 100 KW or more can be installed on roof of selected railway stations (As roof of Railways are not used, it can be used for solar power) and can generate around 1000 KWh (or units, 10 hrs x 100 KW) daily, saving Electricity bill of around Rs 3000/- daily (Assumption of Rs.3 per KWH ), which means Railway can save around Rs 3000 X 365 Days = Rs 1095000/- (Approx 10 lacs) per railway station. While searching on internet I have also found that presently fixed cost for 1 MW solar power plant has been reduced from Rs. 7 crores to Rs. 3.5 crores and may further go down. So in around 4 crores Rs at least 10 Nos of 100 KW roof top solar Power plant can be commissioned and the pay back will be around 5-6 years as per my calculation if not wrong ( as above in 1 year a 100KW solar power plant can save Rs.10 lacs, so for 10 nos of plant, money will be around Rs 1 Crore and in next 5 years saving will cross the fixed cost barrier and the rest will be saving by railway). D. Railway Colony: Initially people used to be live in these colonies, but now a days they like to have their own home in Some Apartment or Some society. So they leave Railway Colony And go out in their own home. It’s good if Railway employees have their own home, but in now a day’s Home for everybody is not feasible. So it sounds to be Social service but if done, they will worship railways. I have seen 70 % of Railway quarters are empties, so why not 50 % of these 70% Railway quarter is given to lower class railway employee (Like Khalasi, safaiwala, rigour and many more) permanently as Retiring Gift by railway, who have served railways for more than 25 years continuously and doesn’t have salary more than Rs.10, 000/- per month. And again here comes the chance of Money Generation scheme, rather than keeping Railway quarter empty, why not give it on rent at much lower prices, at least some money will be generated. The only thing to do is that calculate the number of quarter vacant, remove 40 % of that for new vacancy or anything, out of 60% give 40% to Lower class employee as their permanent House, 40 % should be given on rent and 20 % can be utilized the way Railway want. Also never sell of the huge amount of Space you have in Railway Colonies, Make railway More Green and More clean. Also start a new tradition whenever you recruit or retire a single person sow 5 - 10 new trees in the name of him. I am sure in next 5 years Railway would be Best Employer all over the world E. Subsidies for Railway Employees: This may sound to be very bitter Pill to railway Authority, but it is very true, I belong to Family where my uncle -3 Nos, Grand Father & His brothers and many more relatives are in Railways (Total of 8-10 Family members are in Railways except My father). Now what I have seen is just the lost of Railways because they get free 2nd AC fare to travel to anywhere in India with Family and children below 21 years + 3 times 50 % discount, a total of 6 time travels in one year. When I travel to my Village every year with my mother and Father with 2nd AC direct train I spent around Rs/ - 14000 for too and fro. But when my railway family member travels through break journey, they pay zero amounts to railway and also they go around 2-3 times per year. I think Railway must reduced the number of passes they provide to their employees from 3 to 2 per year and also the 50% concession they provide after using of Passes from 3 to 2, In short Railway which was providing their staff Free run in 2nd AC & 3rd AC 6 times in a year has to come down to 4 as soon as possible for healthy running of Railways, Now I want to see, if Railway employees are also ready to take bitter pill with the Country common people. Exception can be given for ground staff, who have low income, but for officer rank and having good pay, no of passes should be reduced to 2 from 3. Now Railways can take out the data from their own record, the amount which railway hasn’t earned due to free travelling of their employees with family and others. As per Railway record, around 15 lakhs Employees are there, if these employee go for travel at least 2 times in a year with their family of 3 i.e. at least 15lakhs x 3 x 2times a year = 90 lakhs (minimum) People travel for free without paying single penny and obviously if minimum of 1000 Rs per person is calculated, which means a loss of about 900 Crore in a year and I m sure the value will be more than that, it may around 2000 Crores due to free run of Railway employees, Now Railway target should be to bring those freebie runs to around 1200 crores and saving around 800 crores of Railway Tourism (Ministry of Tourism) • Well Said Sir, Tourism unites countries and people (During your First Visit as PM to Bhutan) India, a place where in every 200 Kms you can find a place to tour, but in last 10 years very few or I should say no steps have been taken to develop tourism as a brand industry, which can really turn & run Indian GDP and people depending on tourism. A. Let’s start with PM Constituency, Varanasi (A Holy City of India, Uttar Pradesh). Tourism is Varanasis second most important industry. Over 3 million domestic and 200,000 foreign tourists visit annually (in 2005 and 2010, respectively), most commonly for religious reasons (Above data taken from Wikipedia) State government of Uttar Pradesh are giving advertisement of Taj Mahal and others tourist locations of UP on TV in single add which will not do justice to State tourism, But advertisement should be made on the basis of Gujarat Tourism, Like every advertisement shows different tourist places of Gujarat in Detail, rather than clubbing all state tourist place in one. So Central Government should take initiative with the help of celebrities like Amitabh Bachhan, Salman Khan & Sachin tendulkar or any other famous personality whose voices are being heard by our Indian. I think due to Amitabh Bachhan Advertisement only Gujarat has increased its number of tourist through years. Same can be done for India. We can also use Sir Rajnikanth or Some Famous personality for South India Tourism Steps should be taken to Promote Indian Tourism through different Methods I. Opening of Indian Tourism office in all the Major Indian International & Domestic Airports for Foreign Traveller to India, with a pamphlet or Travel guide to nearby tourist location and other locations of India, with brief detail or history about that tourist place. II. Opening of Indian Tourism Offices in all the Major Indian Railway station where Tourism industry is flourishing. Indian tourism offices can be opened in Varanasi, Agra, New Delhi, Jaipur, Ajmer, Bangalore, Mysore, Ujjain, Amritsar, Jammu & other Railway stations III. Open a 24 X 7 Indian Tourism Helpline, to guide Indian travellers or 1st time traveller to India. Also Govt. can launch a Indian tourism Application for Mobile (It can be on chargeable basis, one time download and should be able to update without any Charge), where in brief details of All the famous tourist place should be given, Like distances from Nearest railway station, Airport and Bus-stand. Also anything famous about that city should or can be given like Banarasi Saree in Banaras, Famous Food of locals, and also Restaurant approved from Indian tourism. IV. Also, with a view to help Indian Tourism, Govt of India with Corresponding State Govt. in their respective state can charge Rs. 10 per person as entry fees in very famous tourist or even religious Place. Of these money earned, 60 % should be spent on cleaning & Maintenance of the local Place and rest should be spent on improvising the nearby facilities Energy Security (Ministry of Power, New and Renewable Energy) • While During Election campaign, Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi very well Pointed out that we have such god’s gift that we have ample amount of Power generation through Hydro & Wind in North East & Through Solar & Wind in West My main focus in Energy security will be mainly on Solar Energy. I have just visited the website of Ministry of New and renewable Energy, I found the website quite impressive, with good plans to promote small solar energy project through various innovative methods, one of such idea was Roof Top Solar Power Project. I know many of methods have been discovered after Starting of Narmada Canal Roof Top Project by Gujarat Government. I hope my some simple suggestions will help the Government of India more in harnessing power through SUN. I. Land is the main constraint in solar power project, but innovative ideas like Roof Top solar power project has been a great solution. Now our aim should be to find areas or location where we can use RTSPV to maximum. With such a view in mind, RTSPV can be successfully used in Big Government Schools (Having capacity of more than 1000 Students) and Engineering College (Government & Private), these should be used in both Central Govt schools (Kendriya Vidhyalaya) & Central Government Colleges (Like IIT & NIT) and also GOI should ask State government to go the solar way II. RTSPV in Government Schools:- (Having Student Capacity more than 1000 Students) – Finding out 200 Such Government schools [KV (Central Govt) or any other (State Govt)]. Suppose a single school having Standard from Nursery TO Class 12th (total = 15 X 3 = 45 Nos class room = 15 Nos Room for Library and Principal & other staff) Approximately 70 Nos room in each school. If on an average Each room has 4 Nos X 65 Watt fan and 10 Nos X 40 Watt Tube light, making it to total Demand of (4 X 65 + 10 X 40 = 660 or 700 Watt approx per Room) 700 X 70 Nos room = 50000 Watt or 50 KW continuous demand, Continuous Demand of School can be calculated and according to that demand RTSPV of required capacity can be installed. Obviously School Laboratory or Computer room supply can be from State Electricity Board or from RTSPV. Why I am focussing more on school is that they run when the sun continuously shines i.e. during day time, making RTSPV more viable option for school, plus Students will learn more ways of using renewable energy as they will have real demonstration of Solar power in their school. So installation of 200 KW Demand RTSPV will suffice. Now funding of such project should be done by Govt and school must be ask to pay bills to S.E.B, till the project cost is covered up. If in next 2-3 years 400-500 schools are covered in this project making it to total installation of 200 KW x 500 Nos = 100 MW i.e. spending of around 400 Crores only, and these schools will be free from reliability on S.E.B power and I think payback period will be around 6-7 years. III. RTSPV in Engineering Colleges: – Every Engineering College has Electrical & Electronics Engineering Branch (Disciplines), with a lot of Roof space. I came from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidhyalaya (BVM), Vallabh Vidhya Nagar, Anand, Gujarat (come under Sardar Patel University). Now if I am not wrong Roof of the College is not utilized, neither single public go over there plus the major advantage there is, just nearby that college, there is SPRERI, (Sardar Patel Renewable energy Research Institute, VV Nagar, Gujarat) which could be helpful in installing and maintaining RTSPV in BVM. And Approximately Roof space of all the Buildings BVM would be 20 metre x 200 Metre = 4000 Sq metre roof per building and there are total of 6 Building that makes to around 20000 Sq Metre of roof top space are available for RTSPV and there are around more than 100’s of Government Engineering College. The plus point would be there would be requirement of Minimum Man power as Final year engineer can take care of the Operation & Maintenance, and will have experience in Solar power maintenance before going to any Industry and when they will go to world they will tell about these Project with Pride. Only one time installation cost to be bear by both College and Government (Central & State) and then after 5-6 years College will be self powered with Clean & Green Energy. Just check the Required demand and planned accordingly IV. RTSPV in Electrical Substations: – Same is the case with Electrical Substation for all the State Electricity Board, all the major Transmission and generation substation in almost all the state are located in remote and have ample amount of roof top space available, which can be used for RTSPV, just erection & commissioning cost, No extra manpower required as already skilled manpower are there 24 x7 in all of the substation, just trained them and they will look after the maintenance. Also funding for such project in S.E.B will not be major concerns. With use of such self dependent Substation, more power will be available to end consumers as these substations will be using solar power for their daily needs of Lighting, Fans & AC and other. Or Full Roof top space can be utilized, whatever demand is required will be used and rest can be feed back to Electrical system. V. Solar Power for Telephone Tower: Where there is unavailability of 24 X 7 hours power for Telecom operator, they use small Diesel Generator to run and continuous feed power to their Telecom tower equipment. Cost of per generation of Diesel Generator is much higher than any of the other mode but still people prefer it because it can be purchased at low cost unlike solar equipments. Ask all the Government and private sector in Telecom to go for solar power Telecom tower where there is unavailability of 24X7 electricity, rather than using Diesel as a power generating source. In Short if Government of India uses all the roof top spaces of Government Schools, Colleges and Electrical Substations, around more than 5000 MW of Solar power can be generated every day. This may need very initial Heavy investment, but if done within an year, by the end of 2017, you will start seeing great benefits for the nations. Also with promoting us of more solar energy in Country, Solar power prices will also come down. All state and Central Government Aim should be to go to meet consumer demand in next 2 years, clearances to be given to power project and should be monitored that the project is completed and commissioned as early as possible. If we move towards that step then only Power process will start coming down in next 6-7 years, because at that time all project cost of power plant would be bear Oil Marketing Companies (Ministry of Petroleum) • It is an undeniable fact that all of our PSU oil Marketing Companies are suffering from heavy losses due to subsidized pricing. I don’t know much about the how pricing of Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene, LPG and other petrochemical products are calculated, But I know every industries have cost monitoring review panel, which monitors the cost of production of each and every product. Now imported crude is obviously the major contributor in their pricing might be contributing around 70 %, but we can control other 30 % which might be including many things like electricity cost, Manpower cost, Maintenance cost, Welfare cost and others I. Whom to be given subsidy on LPG Cylinders :- Obviously it’s really a dirty and tidy job, but at least all Gas agencies can do these job who provide door to door services to all LPG costumer, give them a form on their next visit to furnish Pan Card details and it’s copy for mandatory, Now Income tax department know how many of pan card has been issued and how many of them pay taxes through these pan cards, from Pan card Income of Person and family can be easily identified. Now income tax department and OMC’s have to sit down to identify on the basis of Income whom should not be provided with subsidized cylinder. As per internet around 4 lakh people are paying taxes regularly at least from these 2.5 lakhs will be with income above 6 lakhs, give order to LPG cylinder distributer that give these costumer a letter that as your family income is above this much hence you are not entitled for subsidy on LPG cylinder. Also by looking at the type of house authorities can decide whether these costumers can be given subsidized cylinder or not. Almost in every 2 months the entire customer will be ordering new cylinder, so at that ask the distributor to go with form and ask them to give pan card details or else from next time Gas cylinder will not be supplied till the copy of Pan Card is given to distributor. II. Who to be given subsidized Diesel: - Obviously all those having private vehicles should not be given subsidized diesel. Suppose there are two kind of car one is Maruti 800 and other is Mercedes or BMW or Audi, so who should be given subsidized diesel obviously to the person driving Maruti 800, as people driving luxury car can easily afford Diesel at market rate or more than that. So a affective plan and solution to be incorporated so that We can give subsidized diesel to only those with which inflation can be affected, like to those of taxis, Tempos & Trucks. Ultimately No subsidized Diesel to private owner of 4 wheeler and Private Buses, if they can buy a 4 wheeler or Bus for more than Rs 5 lakh or 20 lakh it means they are in a good state of economy. So simply give an order to all the petrol pumps to make a separate pump for subsidized diesel and Market rate diesel, and also which kind of vehicles to be given subsidy and which not. There might be issue of black marketing, that would have to be taken seriously. III. Unreasonable Spending in the name of Employee welfare: I know many of the Engineers and Personnel working in IOC, ONGC & BPCL. From them I learn that Despite of getting great salary they are also benefitted with tax free daily goods like eatables, cold drink and that too at great subsidized rate, If OMC is providing them great salary they can buy all the things at market rate, what is the reason to sell them all the things below market price and causing extra burden on Companies. If these spending can be regulated as per my assumption cost per litre of Petrol and Diesel can be bring down to at least 30 to 40 paisa. IV. Higher Electricity Cost: Higher Electricity cost is also the one of the major reason for High cost of production per litre. If by any measure cost per unit of Electricity could be bring down, I am sure diesel and petrol prices can be brought down to at least 2-3 Rs/ Litre down, and it would be easier to tackle down inflation Human Resources Ministry I. If NDA Government really wants to transform Indias schooling system, and make hard-earned taxpayers’ money spent on Govt schools (tens of thousands of them) well-spent? Just pass one order: From the 2015 session onwards, children of all govt employees (including IAS, IRS, IFS and Other Public servant officers) and anyone standing for elections, can only study in government schools. II. You will be amazed at the total transformation that takes place. Teachers will be appointed, theyll come on time, schools will be clean, money will actually be spent on schools only, all projectors and pots-pans will fall in place. And India truly will need no more RTE at all (which anyway nearly every school is manipulating). And within 5 years, Govt Schools will totally outclass the best of Private Schools across India. Thats how genuine grass root transformation will start How Our Member of Parliament (Both Loksabha & Vidhansabha) can contribute Many of us would be knowing that Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modiji donated his salary which he earned during being CM of Gujarat for education of Peon& driver of Gujarat Govt. I. I Don’t know the Exact amount of salary that a MP must be drawing but from internet it is found that it would be more than 1 lakh Rupees, plus also they receive MPLAD fund (i.e. 5 Crore per annum) to use in their loksabha seat. Now as our Honourable PM Narendra Modiji did with his entire salary he earned as CM of Gujarat, he donated it for the education of Daughter of Peon & Driver of Gujarat Government. So here he taught us very important thing. Which is if all the NDA loksabha members take 10% of their monthly salary every month and donate it for the better cause or to poor students of their constituency and to poor public, by not giving cash but giving useful thing to these poor people and children II. Suppose a salary of MP is 12 lakhs per annum (1 lakh per month), so every quarterly he can take 10 % of their salary (i.e Rs 30,000/- ) for the welfare of their constituency, Now these are the options, 1st Option, with these 30,000 he can go to remote location of his constituency and he can donate Notebooks, pencil rubber and sharpener worth Rs 30,000/- to Girl student of the school. III. 2nd Options, with Rs 30,000 per quarter, you can light some poor people house providing them with Solar Lantern or Solar street light, so they will be highly obliged and will treat u as their saviour plus they will have the light and they don’t have to pay the bill for that light and MP’s and MLA will have their permanent vote bank. IV. And there can be many such options to benefit the poor. Middle class & upper middle class will be benefitted from NDA budgetary policy and Poor people will be benefitted with such kind helping of our MP. Also think if all the BJP Government in State (Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Goa & Chhattisgarh) also start such kind donation, Condition of Poor will start improving gradually and also it help BJP to gain more votes every time the election is held. But Strictly No cash donation, as it would come in media like BJP is taking votes from cash V. By very Simple calculation if 330 MP (Loksabha) contribute 10 % of their annual salary (i.e 330 x 1.2 lakh = 3.96 Crore) also I have learnt from net that there is MPLAD fund of rs 5 crore per annum, if MP can use at least 1 crore from MPLAD fund annually the total amount with which NDA MP’s would be helping will be around Rs 330 Crore + 3.96 Crore = Rs 333.96 crore. It means NDA government can help around 1 lakh poor family every year with Rs. 34000/- annually. If you increase your use of MPLAD fund number of family can be increased, directly benefitting them and converting them to votes (If they go by themselves every 3 or 4 month) How State Government Can help in Building Better state and Better India Now State Government should recognize their strength of the people and cities, where in they can provide better facilities to their people and can get in return good amount of money. I. One of such example can be GSRTC (Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation). How the state government transport services has come from loss making to profitable. GSRTC has started some special buses Volvo services with complete AC and Wi-Fi network and Ticket pricing is also good. Now this bus travel daily 10-12 times from Vadodara – Ahmadabad and vice-versa, 120 kms in 90 minutes and remain full anytime you go. This means that people in States and India are ready to give you extra money if you provide them with good services and facilities. If the travel cost is around Rs 100 for above Govt can charge Rs 130 or Rs 150 and can use those extra 30% and 50% for the benefit and improvement of the Transport Corporation or respective sector. Government just need to identify those sectors where they can provide their elite People with great facilities and can get good amount in return. State Transportation is one of those sectors. II. Electricity board can be other; I think Rates of electricity rate can be increased around 10% for which using more than 500 units. If the current is Rs 6 per unit for slab between 500- 1000, it can be increased to Rs 7 per unit. Obviously those having big houses can have higher consumption and can pay for high bills or they reduce their consumption. Also while going on internet it was found that maximum slab are maximum upto 500 units, few states have 1000 unit, but majority have slab up to 250 unit. Ask all State government to come out with Slab of 500 Unit to – 650 Unit, 65 unit – 800 unit, 800 unit – 1000 unit and last slab should be 1000 unit & above. And rates of those using higher electricity should be more, Government can use these money to revamp state utilities (State Electricity Board) or can lower rates for lower slab consumption costumer.
