I know the dogs that attacked this boy are not beagles, but any dog when provoked (although we do not know yet why this attack happened) can attack. I would just like to spread awareness to everyone especially those with smaller kids that tend to push the dogs limits and pain threshold. i found with beagles that a snarl is the last straw before a snap especially when they cant get away from the situation, as most beagles tend to move away rather than fight. if you have small kids i would seriously suggest reading up on doggy warning signs just so that you can train your child how to be with a dog ;)
