I know there are several retail beer people in this group. I find that if an establishment sells singles of fine craft brews, that I will spend far more money on a variety of single beers than buy 4 or 6 packs. Why doesnt everyone do this? It cant be that much more of an inventory management issue ... if fact I think it would help managing both breakage and inventory. Am I just not your target consumer? Is there some other reason?
