I know this is not happening here at home, but its too good not to share. Theres an estate sale being conducted this week in Tulare that is very interesting. Its the dispersal of a 102 year old family farm off of Mooney and Cartmill. Farm buildings ie: hog and chicken sheds, pole barn, milk barn, machine shed, hay wagons, houses, furnishings, it all goes. Theres lots of antiques, some in good shape, others in poor shape. Lots of old barn wood. Theyre even parting out the redwood flooring in the homes. Antique farm implements for yard art. Reload set up for hunters. CB radios. Photography stuff too. Were going back to fill our trailer again tomorrow. Call 636-8000 and ask for Twila. She is in charge of the sale and a very nice lady. Prices are lowest weve seen at an event like this in years. The farm is sold and they have a quick deadline to get everything off the land before dozers come in and turn it into pistachio and almond orchards...
