I know what its like to try to survive on $7.25 an hour - its rough. It takes giving up cable, giving up sweets, giving up eating out, and giving up other frivolous expenses to make it on $7.25 an hour. I did it. And I even managed to save up to buy a new car while paying rent - and I didnt borrow a dime or use anyone elses credit. A fast food job is meant for someone who doesnt intend to stay in that job forever unless your intent is to one day become a Store, District, or Regional Manager. THOSE are careers. THOSE jobs pay. If you think you need cable, sodas, takeout, sweets, drinking binges, and expensive accessories, then perhaps what you do NOT need is a job at a fast food restaurant.
