I know youve heard Fake it until you make it.. But dont confuse that with confidence. I Have close friends who are totally faking their level of success right now for what I assume they perceive as having confidence or speaking it to existence yet at every event they question their leadership abilities, stressed from being over worked and wanting to appear that they have it altogether. When I feel overwhelmed I take one step for me and one giant leap back for my family. (Insert my Belize trip!) Okay, so I stole that from the first steps on the moon but its that dramatic for me to keep my priorities straight AND let them be known. To be successful you need to be authentic to yourself, be the person you say you are in public behind your social media page & know that its okay to take a step back sometimes. (A real step back!) Be remembered for the person who is down to earth, keeps it real and is not owned by their business rather than owning one yourself. People have been asking me like crazy what my next big goal is now that Adam is out of the military. Its mainly to spend time with my family. Goals will organically happen with the right consistent steps. Mine happened because I was motivated like no other to bring Adam home. Stop trying to beat everyone around you, that is their life, their goals.. not yours. Confidence is amazing, working to get applause from others is empty and stupid. =D JUST BE YOU!
