I learned from a professional several years ago that I would give myself hundreds of negative affirmations a day without even being a ware that I was doing so. But they were majorly contributing to my sever anxiety and depression. I learned how to be more aware of my thoughts. Today while I was getting ready I realized that for for the last 5 min. I was speaking negatively to myself. I was feeling guilty for enjoying myself on my date night with my hubby. I caught myself saying that I am not worthy, that I dont deserve it. But then this video came to my mind. And while standing in front of the mirror I started changing those thoughts and saying just what this adorable little girl says to her self. I truly believe in the power of thoughts and words. I know they have played a huge part in my development and life. I still struggle at times, but what is important is I catch myself and correct it. Because we are all worth it!!
