I learned from a very young age the value of working hard, working when you dont feel like it, working when you want to crawl back in bed and hide from the world. Its what defines us as individuals, our determination, our ability to roll with what is shoved at us, our ability to succeed. When I talk about success I am not talking just about visible success, ie. money, cars, toys, homes etc., I am talking about personal pride in what you do, how you conduct yourself, how you treat others those things can also measure your SUCCESS at working hard. I am not perfect and i do make mistakes but I do my best daily and its paid off in so many ways. Dont give up, dont back down just keep moving forward and treat others with respect, it always comes back around. Paul Matott
