I like big butts and I can not lie ;) 320x8 high bar yesterday. Hips are feeling a bit junky with squatting 3x per week, deadlifting 3x per week and hip thrusting 2x per week, but nothing an extra touch of mobility work and pizookie cant fix. The further along you get in your pursuit of strength and physique development the harder tangible progress is to come by. If you want to change, you have to be willing to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. #dothethingsthatsuck -Neil
