Salivas self titled. Chevelle-Point #1. All of those were so raw and gritty. When the bands were heavier and unclear. Im glad they all found fame and made big studio albums. Cuz all the stuff that proceeded it were just as good or even better. But it was missing that grungy, home grown, young and hungry sound. That no radio or label wanted to touch with a 10 ft pole. It wasnt selling out. It was just growing up.
