I like thinking about it this way; ur heart is a garden, full of all sorts of flowers and trees. the onli question we need to keep constant watch over is what kind of trees they are, good or bad trees. and we know a tree from its fruit. we need to constantly take time to get back and check our garden, remove the reeds, thorns, poisonous plants and the trees producing bad fruit. the great thing is that often we may chop down the trees and wrong plants, but in time they will grow, but with the help of Christ, we can have them uprooted and have the word as a seed planted there and have the good fruit promised by God. do check ur garden, check the soil, the irrigation system, does it supply the good trees well, or the bad ones. DO NOT ABANDON UR GARDEN!
