I like to give compliment to SGH feedback unit. Within 2 hours of my complaint email to SGH yesterday, I received a personal call from a SGH staff who apologize to me for the inconvenience caused to me & my family for the consistent delay in my fathers operation. She said that she would forward my case to the head of department & also speak to the doctor in charge to work out a solution which is amicable to all parties. I believe her assistance had resulted in my fathers smooth operation today. I appreciate her help very much.
