"I liked poshmark at first, and even sold an item. But posh mark states no replicas or designer inspired items are allowed to be sold! Well these items are listed and do sell! And when one does sell, posh mark does not cancel the transaction instead they send the seller an email stating the item has sold and posh mark takes their 20% cut! So yes by posh mark taking their cut of the sale and allowing the transaction to go thur they are allowing these items to be sold, is this breaking the law??? Lets find out. If you look at all the sold items with designer inspired in the title and add up the 20% of each sale they are making a lot of money off items that they say are not allowed on their site!"
