I live and have lived in Salford all my life. One thing I hate is people taking the mick (had to tone it down) out of where we live. Now Salford Council may not be the best but.... their our council! Some local taxi drivers are working in Salford with Rossendale plates! That means they are not funding the council area that they work in! Instead there funding a council on the otherside of bury thats cheaper to buy the plates from where they dont ever work. Now you might think whats the halm in this but! You have loads of loyal salfordian cabbies that rightfully pay their way! The ones that dont are pratically stealing from you! The people of Salford! They are laughing at our own Salford taxis like they are mugs! They are taking the work from our salford taxi drivers! Next time you book a taxi request a salford licenced taxi not a rossendale! Half the rossendale taxis dont even know where they are going! Tell the rossendale taxis to go back to their own council! This is Salford! Salford stands together!
