I live in McAllen on 17 1/2. So one night I was being dropped off at home after working a long shift at Payless shoe source. Those of you who have worked there know what I mean. So any way my friend and I are sitting in the car talking about the days happenings when he asks; hey what is that? I had already seen a kitten sitting in the driveway/sidewalk. So I said its a cat. Hes like yeah but what is it playing with? So I look over and notice that its pawing at something. You know like they play with yarn or what not. Well this thing it was playing with was like 5in tall and had its arms in the air, and moving them in a fashion like leave me alone. So I asked what is that Eddie? Hes like I dont know? I said Roll the window down bro. So he did and what we saw was the craziest thing! It was a little person! I turned to look at my friend and I asked are you seeing this? Hes like oh yeah! When I turned back the thing was Staring straight at us. My friend and I didnt say a word.. a few seconds later it started walking away on 2 legs. It got to the fence put one leg in the hole grabbed the top link shimmied his body through and walked away. That was the last time my friend gave me a ride home. I told my Gma about it and she said.. yeah they are around here. This happened years ago. But just recently I told my cousin about the story and she said. well dont you remember? When we were kids I would come over to your house to play with toys and you would say that the little people had borrowed your toys and they hadnt returned them. Apparently I was really upset about this. I have no memory of that though.
