I live in the city (goodman & Norton) and my neighbor just brought this very friendly cat to my house. She/he is currently choosing down food on my screened in front porch. Wearing a dollar with a bell. Looks healthy. Do I let her out to find her home? Or keep her secure? This may sound stupid, but my guess is she belongs to a neighbor. Its not going to be very warm in my porch tomorrow and she cant come inside. My cars are already peeved about her being on the porch.
