I look at all delicious posts by people so I decided to put up my favourite recipe of Eggless Sour Cream Brownies. I hope you like it 😊 All purpose flour (Maida) – ¾ cup Granulated sugar – 1 cup Salt – ¼ teaspoon Baking powder – 2 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa powder – ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter – 1 stick (½ cup), melted and cooled Yogurt or sour cream – ½ cup + 2 tablespoons Vanilla extract – 1 ½ teaspoon Chocolate chips or roughly chopped baking chocolate (I used hershyes semi sweet)– ½ cup, optional --------- Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C for at least 10 minutes. Melt the butter and let it cool while you prepare baking pan and other ingredients. I recommend using unsalted butter, if using salted butter then skip the salt in the recipe. Line it with parchment paper with sides up or grease and dust with flour. Take all purpose flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl and sift (Gives even texture). Can also leave out the sugar if the granules are too big and add after the other ingredients are sifted. Now take melted and cooled butter in another bowl. Add yogurt or sour crean and vanilla extract. Whisk well till everything gets mixed. Add dry flour mixture. Mix well. Do not over mix. Add chocolate chips or crushed chocolate pieces if using. And mix well. Now pour the batter into prepared pan. And bake it into pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean then it is ready. Let brownie cools completely in the pan on cooling rack before cutting. It takes at least 30 minutes. After it cools completely, remove it to the cooling rack with the help of the parchment paper. And using a sharp knife cut into pieces. *Can serve warm with ice cream or use a granache topping. *Can make Lindor Brownies with the same mixture. Just place cupcake liner in cupcake/muffin molds. Place one whole Lindor and pour the mixture over it. Bake with the same instructions as above.
