I lost our dad and friend this week. As he died, my mother was being blessed with relief from terrible back pain. This has been week filled with joy, sadness, and so much love and gratitude. Mom is doing wonderfully well after her spine surgery. The peeps here at Novant could not be better. Yesterday, when I ran home for a shower, a policeman came to the door to tell me my father died on Tuesday.
