I love having a day off work even though it was for a doctor appointment. But when you work 2 jobs, a day off is very rare and its beautiful outside. Doctor visit went great! I asked her what my weight was a year ago and she went back to the beginning of 2013 to now and she said I had lost a total of 26 pounds. I know that doesnt seem a lot but for me it is because I havent really been trying and I had been stuck on that same weight forever. She also said that most of it was lost in the last 3 visits and I go every 3 months. So, hopefully I will continue to lose and my numbers will continue to be good and maybe someday I can stop taking all this medicine for cholesterol , blood pressure and diabetes.
