I love my business, I love Baking, I love getting to Know my customers and making them happy. Taking care of them and their needs is very Important to me (Monica). I believe because of this, and the fact that we have an amazing product, that that is the reason we have so many loyal customers :) However after almost 3 years of being in business, I am finally learning that I will NEVER make everyone happy, And that is the most difficult part of my job. Most of you who have taken the time to get to know me, know that I am a people pleaser and that I always go the extra mile to make people happy. It makes me very sad to know that there are people out there that would go out of there way to damage a person or a business reputation. I just want to remind my self and anyone out there, to please before we pass any judgment on someone to put our self in their shoes and remember that we all have bad days and make mistakes, So, for today lets show someone a little bit kindness and appreciation for the service they are offering us. I am a big believer that with a little more love and kindness we could live in a better world. So go out there and show the world how big your heart really is. And remember LOVE IS A POWERFUL!
