I love my crossfire class! August has been super busy and I got out out of my workout routine. Then I made excuses not to go. I had too much to get done to take an hour out of my day 3 days a week to work my muscles. Who needs muscles anyway? Lol! So happy to say that I re-vamped my daily schedule and routine and am back to working out, I had to force myself. Now Im feeling awesome again! I think I saw a muscle today! Lol!!! Discipline your self for what you want to achieve and you will HAVE it! It takes discipline though and NO excuses!!! You get out of life what you put in! Plus exercise has benefits that help every aspect of your life! Not just muscles. Lol!
