I love testimonies....heres another one about a HOPEWA experience that challenges us all to remember that even when we think we are sacrificing for the Kingdom of God and specifically in making time to join in united prayer...He always finds a way to turn that sacrifice into a blessing for us!!! Leading up to Hope WA last Saturday night at Dreamlife church we always knew it would be an effort to get there - Steven had taken off Thursday and Friday to do flooring then Saturday we had sports, Hope WA Saturday night, Church in the morning, Baptisms at lunchtime and then a Leaders Meeting on Sunday night, we also somewhere in the midst of all of that knew we had to pray and seek God for a word for each of the people getting Baptised - so it was going to be a big weekend. We finally finished flooring on Saturday afternoon and were absolutely exhausted but knew that we still wanted to go to Hope WA, we had resided to the fact that we would not get time to prepare for the baptisms, so we got dinner ready and the kids ready and all headed down to Hope WA. As soon as we walked in the door the atmosphere was amazing...the Mayor (City of Wanneroo) was speaking and then the Pastors began to pray, so we settled into our seats and began to pray as well. The worship team began to play and within minutes Steven and I both felt the Holy Spirit come upon us and refresh us. As we continued to praise and worship we both started to feel amazing and full of energy again. As if that wasnt enough out of nowhere God started downloading words of encouragement for the people who were going to be baptised tomorrow! What an amazing God! It was a fantastic night and we were both so blessed to be there. Steve and Nuarna
