I love the ocean, my phone didnt. As it computed its last - TopicsExpress

I love the ocean, my phone didnt. As it computed its last algorithm, salt water flooded around the quad-core processor. The battery, now surrounded by water, was free to share its electricity anywhere, unrestrained behind the copper bars its human makers had cursed it with. For a brief moment before its death, encompassed by the electrolyte sodium chloride, the device in my pocket transformed into an electrolysis machine, converting water into pure oxygen, and highly explosive, clean burning, hydrogen gas. The battery however, showed no self-constraint with its giving (as batteries tend to do when submerged in water), and soon shorted out. The corroded, dissected carcass on the table is a grim reminder of my carelessness. Requiescat in pace, Nexus 5. At least you died in the ocean, and not a toilet.
