I love this article. What a great message. Focus on being strong, fit, and healthy, and you will look good by default. Dont chase an image that isnt you! Now, a couple of years later, I still don’t look like the girls in the magazines. I never will. But, Ive come to value my body for what it can do rather than simply what it looks like.
