I love to practice yoga in the morning... after my meditation practice! I really notice the difference it makes in my life when i hit the mat again after some time away from my practice... I breathe deeply through my poses and release tension from deeper down in my body... Im amazed at how much my body loves to release; through my yoga practice I process my life and let go of all the stuff I am holding onto... I also love to dance, sing, and chant during my yoga practice... wild, joyful... outbreaks between more serious poses! I also let myself cry if I need to, or shake out any fear, sweat out any anger... breathe and acknowledge all of my feelings, all of my humanity... all of my Love... as I stretch out and strengthen my body... love this body... its soooo good... love, love, love my yoga, breathing, meditating, laughing, chanting, shaking, crying, loving... heart beating... happy morning...
