I love to self reflect. You could say Im a serial reflector. I do it because I have made mistakes and strive to be better. I do it because I am thankful. I love being on the road. It cultivates the best atmosphere for reflection. I also reflect at night. Tonight is no different. If you havent listened to Better As A Memory by Kenny Chesney, I highly recommend it. This used to be how I lived my life. I love all music and at any given point in anyones life a song speaks to you. I remember one night I was going out with a bunch of work people and a little hottie by the name of Emily was the first one to arrive. I knew her from work but didnt really know her. We had a tremendous conversation before the rest of our work mates arrived and I remember telling her I was going to find a man for her because I thought she was a fantastic catch. I had no intention that I was going to be the one that I would find for her. Prior to meeting her, I was living the Better As A Memory life although that song had yet to be written. I also love to reflect because I have the most beautiful daughter this side of eternity and I cannot imagine what life was before she came along which makes me thankful that I am not Better As A Memory. I like to think I am a great father and am so excited for number 2 to come along in May. I also love Aint Ever Going Back Again by Kenny.....I Aint Ever Going Back Again to my life of Better As A Memory..... From here on out its a Helluva Life by Frankie Ballard.
