I love you I love you ...words said by many to those we care about and cherish most. But what about those people we care less about...or worse those we think we hate... How would you feel if I told you if you truly love Christ there can be not one.. . not one single person regardless of what they have done, that you hate. 1 John 4:20 says : if anyone says I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. Some might be thinking but you dont know what he/she has has done to me or said about me. I say to you forgive them and put it to our father in heaven who promised to take revenge for us. (Romans 12:19) Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. To those of us who are hated, there is also comfort provided for you in the word as well..as are provision for every other thing. The Bible says in John 15:18: If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. Dont be too disheartened if you are wrongfully judged or persecuted once you are pleasing Christ. Pray with me. Heavenly God, thank you for your love for it is sufficient. Restore in me the will to forgive and love all who I come across, for I want to love you as love me Lord. I pray for those who carry the burden of hate in their hearts and those who would like to witness my demise. Bless their hearts. Let me exhort love and let your love shine through me. Thank you for your everlasting love mighty Jesus. Amen.
