I loved this dinner so very much. Baked sweet potatoes cut into coins, seasoned and baked again. Polenta seasoned with tumeric, ginger powder, coriander & sea salt then baked with olive oil. Steamed vegetables and potato over brown rice & my homemade chicken stock. Mixed green salad with my home fermented carrots, bell peppers, onions, garlic and pickles. To drink, effervescent home fermented lemon berry kombucha with delicious lavender. If you click through the pictures you will see the last one is of Athena making her sour pickle face.
