I loved this one of Bassem Sabry. The answer to what is the most beautiful place on Earth, after - in some ways - having substantially traveled around the world: As I find myself outside of Egypt again, in yet another new foreign land, with so much to explore, understand, experience, learn and live. I have traveled more than most people ever get to. Its a blessing in so many ways. My tongue has pronounced so many languages, some in better form than others. There were moments when you can feel at home very away from where my actual home is, and times when you can feel like an alien where you have been born and raised. The number of countries still on my childhood must do list is becoming very tiny. I am addicted to travelling, and I truly wish to experience every country and truly unique city on this planet by the time I leave this life, to claim to have seen the world and lived it. But for now, having seen what Ive been incredibly lucky and blessed to have to seen, I have come with one conclusion, about the answer to the ancient question of what is most beautiful place on earth. A nice, safe and comfortable home with someone you love, your kids if you have any and if theyre luckily pleasant and fun ones, and especially if true and good friends are nearby, and also especially and quite hopefully a comfortable couch: that is the by far most beautiful place in the world, regardless of where physically in the world that actually is. And I truly mean this answer.
