I loved you first but he loved you better. He understood now meant RIGHT NOW. Im man enough to admit that. I appreciate him for loving you the way you deserved. I loved you that much too but different. I have a bigger blessing because Im still here to be able to show you. No matter which way you maneuver in life, you always find your way back to me. I never move. I never change. You will get tired and I will hold you. You will become frustrated with your self-imposed disappointments. You keep opening yourself up to individuals who do not appreciate your Id, let alone what it is. You keep expecting the same loyalty from individuals who do not carry the same sense of fairness. You trust EVERYONE first allowing them to hurt you. You always boggled my mind with that philosophy because on average trust is supposed to be EARNED. When someone shows you that what you believe how they feel about you, invaluable, you begin to treat them the way you feel theyve treated you. You dispose of their priority in your life. Is it wrong? I dont know. I just know its who you are. You leave a minefield of broken bodies wondering how they got there. 23 years, I loved you first. He came along and loved you better. I am victorious because I STILL love you now and you LOVE me back.
