I m sure this will fall on deaf ears (blind eyes?), but Id like to make a request of all of the other posters/commenters here. Please dont ask about adding specific characters from periods of the show that have not been covered by the game yet. The character you want will probably be added at the appropriate time, and they need to save major companions for their proper time or there wont be enough when those levels are released. This goes especially for New Who companions. In the Reddit AMA I asked about the expected release schedule for new seasons. Lee told me that after Season 5 they hope to get new seasons out every other month, with an Epilogue update in between. If they pull that off, theyll get through the RTD era by the end of the year. Thats not a huge wait. As for Peter Capaldi and Season 8, I wouldnt expect that until it has finished airing. As for the rest of the Doctors, be patient. Theyve already released six, and another three have been announced for Season 5. Thats much more than I would have expected at this point. Thankfully the 9th has been announced so that the begging and cynical doubts can stop, however I still regularly see begging for the 4th Doctor. Pleasecut it out and be patient. Im sure it wont be too long, at this rate. Personally, Im waiting for the 5th Doctor more eagerly than the 4th. But thats my point: Im waiting. Im not posting every day about Peter Davison, because I know hell come eventually, and TRG are busy with all of the content they have to produce on schedule. As for Classic companions, I can understand the eagerness to get to them. It seems like it will be a long time until the Classic show is covered, and I think there is apprehension that the game will lose support before it covers peoples favorite bits. But once again, please be patient. Let them make a quality game without being rushed. Thats the way they will continue to raise funds to get to those bits, and well have a much better game for it. So please, let them do their jobs, hang on, and enjoy the ride. PS, Now I can understand asking about characters that should have been included in the existing seasons, but werent. Thats another matter entirely. ;)
