I made Zeppole s today and its funny because I never made them before, but I saw that it called for Ricotta cheese and anything with ricotta cheese is awesome... so I followed it step by step.... only instead of frying in a pan I used my fry daddy.. well to my surprise, the little spoons of dough being dropped into the oil, expanded and had the oddest shapes--some looked like brown pears, some look like little donuts, and some figs...... as I removed them, drained them, rolled them in powered sugar--then came the taste test--I didnt know what to expect.... { my poor son was looking for funnel cake } so he took a taste--guess what he liked it---so all in all --as long as Michael likes it-- I did good :) So I am curious---anybody what to tell me what they are suppose to look like LOL Im serious xo
