I made a butternut bread and veggie herb bread. Soooooo good and easy. Basic for both 3 cups of all purpose flour 1/2 cup of oil 1 cup soya milk 1cup water 7ml baking powder Butternut loaf: add 1 cup butternut (Cooked and mashed) 1 tsp cinnamon 1cup sugar. Veggie loaf: add 1/2 cup grated carrots (RAW) 1/2 cup grated baby marrow(RAW) Chopped fresh basil Chopped fresh chives 1tsp salt 1tsp dried herbs 1/2 cup mixed tamato and onion (cooked) Just check the consistancy before adding too much water, it must be sticky. Bake at 160°C for 50 minutes.
