I made a decision a week ago that a certain someone would not interfere with my future life any longer. After years of lies and deceit, it took blocking a number, blocking their FB, blocking IG, and sending an email to let them know where I was and why things would never be. The week to follow has been rough. Not because I missed them or wanted them back in my life but simply because it sharply pushed my life in a certain direction I had been nervous about taking on. I was afraid of making the wrong decision. I had the last straw and I finally made the decision for myself. I am a strong, smart woman and I will come out on top now that I have a renewed sense of focus and direction. I will only allow people into my circle who believe in me and my dreams and who will be there to lift me. I will never allow someone to treat me like an option instead of a priority. I have had a taste of what I want and I wont ever settle for less than what I am willing to give another. I hope anyone who reads this and has some sort of toxic relationship in their life will work to mend it or get rid of it because your future life depends on it and, YOU ARE WORTH IT. Love you.
