I made some flat bread. Naan? See the video. Not bad. My wife liked it. Here is her original recipe 2 cups whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup water, oil and salt to taste. adapted: I just used all purpose white flour. I added Greek yogurt and Almond Breeze in place of water(very moist and I think tasty), I added 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder. just fried it a frying pan. put some garlic slivers in the dough. Future suggestions, adding chopped green or round onions, and other julienned vegetables, using yeast instead of baking soda and baking powder. Adding tadka-ed indian spices. The layer roti is like a pita pocket that I wish to develop. Once the pocket is developed I will try to add the fillings. Try it it looks good. youtube/watch?v=oYLrSflCI2g
